Official Contest "Tattoo-Me Contest" Rules

1. Eligibility
Open to all planet Earth Residents, of any age or older unless approved by legal guardian. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of our Approx Cosmetics Ltd, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, children, parents, or siblings) or households are also eligible to enter. All non-U.S. Residents are eligible to enter the Contest.

2. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest runs from the first through last day of each calendar month. There are two ways to enter. Online: Entrants may only enter online by following instructions at http://www.tattoo-me.com/contest.htm . Required fields will be marked by an asterisk. Subscription to the Tattoo-Me newsletter is not required and will not affect your odds of winning. Limit five (5) entries per person per calendar month. Duplicate entries will be voided. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on last day of the appropriate calendar month.

3. Prizes
ApproxCosmetics Ltd will award these prizes: one (1) Tattoo-Me Bottle (approximate retail value: $9.99 each) during the contest period each month.

4. Selection of Winner and Odds of Winning
Winners will be selected by a panel of 5 Tattoo-Me Henna Artists (Artist-judges). The winner will be chosen on on the first day of each following month. All decisions made by ApproxCosmetics Ltd are final. Odds of winning depend on number of qualified entries received. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred, except that ApproxCosmetics Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days after each drawing. Alternate winners will be selected by best design for all prizes unclaimed after the fourteenth day following the first attempted notification. All taxes and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

5. Privacy Policy
Entrant's responses to the survey will be used solely in the aggregate for the purposes of developing contest. Approx Cosmetics Ltd will not share, trade or sell individual information with any outside organization.

6. Conditions and Limitations of Liability
Contest entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of ApproxCosmetics Ltd . Decisions made by ApproxCosmetics Ltd are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Entries made through the Internet are deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. ApproxCosmetics Ltd HERE assumes no liability for problems connected with the Internet portion of the Contest, including incorrect, inaccurate or partial capture of data entry due to technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, servers, network problems, computer systems, human error, defective computer equipment, or traffic congestion on the Internet. ApproxCosmetics Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest if virus, bugs, or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impede administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. ApproxCosmetics Ltd , its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents assume no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect submissions or misdirected or undeliverable mail sent through the US Postal Service.

7. Indemnification & Release
ApproxCosmetics Ltd, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents reserve the right to use the winners' names and likenesses in advertising without additional compensation. Winners will be asked to sign a release allowing the use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes as a condition of receiving their prizes. By entering the Contest, participants and winners release ApproxCosmetics Ltd, from any liability arising from participation in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any of the prizes.

8. Winners' List
A list of all prize winners will be available after the third day of each calendar month on our site along the winning design.

9. Copyrights
All designs submitted are copyrighted to their respectful owners, a free license of copyright work usage is allowed at no charge or financial compensation to ApproxCosmetics Ltd, unless otherwise agreed by our company. The contestants agree NOT to infringe other copyrighted materials, that includes pictures on books, paper and internet websites. Entrants, hereby, acknowledge and attest that all their entries are their own design creations. Any false interpretation of a design as entrant's own will automatically disqualify entry and contest participation for an undetermined period of time. Our customer service department will monitor all entries. Any copyrighted material submitted needs to be acknowledged prior to submission.

10. Contestants agree to all terms set here forth for the purpose of the Contest. All winning entries will see their designs as well as their applications in henna body artform displayed on www.tattoo-me.com
